Basalt High School is a four-year public school accredited by the State of Colorado with nearly 500 students in grades 9-12. BHS is part of the Roaring Fork School District, located on the Western Slope of Colorado, 180 miles west of Denver and 20 miles east of the mountain resort town of Aspen.
